Daniela Leal is a second-generation leader at ALEAL Interiors, a family owned company and a prominent national player in the high-end furniture market, with a sales network fully dedicated to export markets. Passionate about teamwork and positive motivation, she combines these values with a commitment to developing excellent products for homes across the world. Over her 22 years as CEO, Daniela has pursued various certifications and training in areas such as design, product development, coaching, and marketing. She holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Portugal.
